Tasman/Corinya Stations
are located in the Western Division of NSW approximately one and a half hour’s
drive north east of the town of Ivanhoe.

Known as the “Accessible Outback” this property of 72,000 hectares (180,000 acres) is just a day’s drive from the metropolitan areas of Sydney and Melbourne.

Historically, this area was known for its production of wool. In more recent times, however, there has been a move towards producing meat goats and meat sheep.

Virtually from the time of purchase (Tasman in 1996
and Corinya in 2001) the properties were operated in a free range and organic manner.

With low stocking rates, producing low impact grazing,
it was felt that in this way:

the ecological system would be sustained
range land ground cover would be improved and
the habitats of all living creatures on the land
would be enhanced.
