Tasman/Corinya
Stations are part
of the Semi-arid and Arid Rangelands of Australia which cover more than
60 percent of the continent.
The property, which is Perpetual Pastoral Leasehold land, has many different
land forms, such as:
semi arid bush land
open plains and grasslands
vegetated dune fields
and
hill country - the Corinya
Hills
This is not Desert country. In fact there is a surprising amount of bio-mass
creating an extensive ecological system.
The properties have had a considerable additions to infrastructure since 1996. These include:
over 200km of hinge joint mesh fencing
three solar pump systems
five additional inground tanks and pipelines
two renovated homesteads and worker's accommodation
substantial new shedding and stockyard
This infrastructure has facilitated the management of an organic ranching system for our meat goats and meat sheep. |
